Dhajzus I have not been on here in awhile, but went from 292 to 272 in about 4 months, so making progress.

I spent the last two weeks walking two miles and begin to switch my nutrition to more vegetables, fruits and lean meats. The reason I picked this saying is that I spent a majority of my years wishing that I would lose body fat, start a program and then quit, start and quit on and on it would go. I finally have taken the time to sent goals, my long term goal and short term goals to keep me on track. I am going to start my resistance training this week, starting of slow and then increasing. April 25, 2013 I am getting back on track for my fitness goals. I am doing this for several reasons: 1. Get my body to be healthy and athletic. 2. I need to be healthy so I can enjoy my boys. 3. I am considering applying for a law enforcement career. As I began this process I am looking forward to taking it one day at a time and focusing on my goals.
