UUUUUGH! I love the size im gaining in my arms, the tightness in my upper back...but the ass and hips! NOOO! gotta hit the obliques harder. The journey will be long! >:( I can do it!

LIL bloated here! retaining water! BOO! again, i need to start hitting my abbs and obliques harder and bring my body fat waaay down!

Here I am 11lbs lighter, I have met my weight goal for the past two months - I hope to have some body flics up by this weekend...I am happy with me! It was all in the diet...when I changed that, I saw immediate results!

What!??? You only get one ab muscle at a time? Def see a difference in my waist line *Take notice of the difference in my waist line first thing in the morning (5 flic up) and at the end of the day!The water just sits! ugh! Crazy!
