Here I am 11lbs lighter, I have met my weight goal for the past two months - I hope to have some body flics up by this weekend...I am happy with me! It was all in the diet...when I changed that, I saw immediate results!

*Take notice of the difference in my waist line first thing in the morning (5 flic up) and at the end of the day!The water just sits! ugh! Crazy!
