I wanna lose 50-60lbs of fat and gain some muscle. I eventually wanna be a fitness trainer and Competitor.
Goal (Long):
I have over 50lbs of fat to lose. I want to lose all that fat and gain muscle. Right now I would like to get to 125lbs. With as little of body fat as possible. I am 26 and have not started my dream career. Which is to be a personal trainer. If I can transform my body I wanna help others transform theirs. And I also wanna be a fitness competitor..
I have been so out of the loop.. I read about Kelly Ryan be suspected of Murder along with her husband. I use to idolize her and her Fitness career. WOW is all I can say about it..
Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays I so Arms and abs and Tuesdays and Thursdays I do Legs and Abs.. Saturdays I do a BASIC TRAINING class at the gym.. SUndays I rest..
Hello, Good luck with your weight loss goals. It is cool that you want to compete and also help other people succeed in there fitness goals. That is cool. Train hard and have a great new year!!
Be Careful with that Hydroxycut. DO NOT DRINK ANY CAFFEINE while taking hydroxycut. In my opinion just stay away from it, but if you must, please be responsible and don't let the scale dictate your progress.
You will do great! Keep visualizing your goals. Keeping a motivational log with the pictures of competitors that have the physique you want to attain is a great step. Looks like the workout you have listed is a good one. You might want to try using a thermogenic to help you thru your cardio sessions. It should help with shedding the extra BF. Make sure you consult your Physician before using those though. Good luck!
