How I Started:
I began my career working out as a 12 yr old as I was training to box. I later continued working out through high school for sports. Then continued ongoing for personal fitness. I took a ten year hiatus, and now finally am getting back on the wagon of a fitness lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
At first I loved it cause it helped me with sports. Then it became an issue of vanity.(who doesn't like to good and sexy) Now I simply enjoy it because it relieves my tension and stress. I also just want to be able to live a healthier lifestyle. Although I do miss being able to look good and feel good physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids and being able to live a healthy future with them. I also would love to be able to do activities without feeling so worn out most of the time. I'm such an active person and just trying to get the energy to maintain those activities. Plus I also miss my old physique.
BB Accomplishments:
If I feel I have accomplished anything in bodybuilding, i would have to say it would be in my lifting. I have increased the amount of weight I'm able to lift without sacrificing my form. Plus I'm beginning to see my shoulders and lats begin to build up, which was always a lagging bodypart for me.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
I think Mark Walhberg has an ideal physique, extremely toned but looks like he has big muscles. Or better yet Dwayne Johnson (THE ROCK). Not during his wrestling days, but now that he's acting, he's slimmed down but has amazing muscle mass and definition. The Austrian Oak, who else. Arnold had the most impressive physique tiny waist with everything else massive. Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
What I like about my workout partner/partners is they are my nephews, let me rephrase more like a little brothers to me. They are 17 and 18 and the bug to workout has finally bit them and they're dedicated. They listen to what I have to say and they don't quit on me no matter how hard I push them. Even better, they don't let me quit on myself. I couldn't ask for better partners to have. We are at completely different levels, but both striving to achieve the same goal. They started hitting it hard this summer and was weighing about 150 and now he's up to 166 with lean muscle. I'm very proud of them. i am 4 days out of a competition, the diet i have been on for the last 16 weeks is a high protien very low carb diet. this could be very effective for you in a shorter duration with great results.
