How I Started:
I began my career working out as a 12 yr old as I was training to box. I later continued working out through high school for sports. Then continued ongoing for personal fitness. I took a ten year hiatus, and now finally am getting back on the wagon of a fitness lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
At first I loved it cause it helped me with sports. Then it became an issue of vanity.(who doesn't like to good and sexy) Now I simply enjoy it because it relieves my tension and stress. I also just want to be able to live a healthier lifestyle. Although I do miss being able to look good and feel good physically.
How I Stay Motivated:
My kids and being able to live a healthy future with them. I also would love to be able to do activities without feeling so worn out most of the time. I'm such an active person and just trying to get the energy to maintain those activities. Plus I also miss my old physique.
BB Accomplishments:
If I feel I have accomplished anything in bodybuilding, i would have to say it would be in my lifting. I have increased the amount of weight I'm able to lift without sacrificing my form. Plus I'm beginning to see my shoulders and lats begin to build up, which was always a lagging bodypart for me.

i am 4 days out of a competition, the diet i have been on for the last 16 weeks is a high protien very low carb diet. this could be very effective for you in a shorter duration with great results.
