How I Started:
I was 14 and wanted to play football so i joined the schools weightlifting classes and football team...now i do MMA and want to be at peak physical shape...
Why I Love It:
I love to see the results you get after hitting the gym week after week. There's no greater feeling then when your lifts are twice as heavy as your friends, haha.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be the best at what i do, and what i do is mma, which demands a lot physically..
BB Accomplishments:
eh, i stopped for a long time in lifting weights, about 2 years. when i went back my bench was only about 145 lbs...sad i know...well after training hard, a several months later i was benching 255 7 times...for some reason i felt like that was my greatest accomplishment to this day.

Bis and tris today, did 5x5 on curls with 125lbs, goal by end of summer is 165-175
