How I Started:	Used 2 be a gymnast..got injured so had 2 quit,but never quit working out.
Why I Love It:	Gives me a "Natural" high! The energie,the rush,the sweat & the pain! Luv the feelin I get after a hard workout! I say:"If it aint hurtin..you aint working!"
How I Stay Motivated:	Want my body 2 look perfect 2 ME,but I have no idea what that should look like.Guess Ill know when I get there,so untill then..I just keep going!

I guess aquats and deadlifts...fi you lift (heavy) with bad form these exercizes can cause alot of bad injuries!
