How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Set 1 = 13-15 Reps
Set 2 = 8 Reps
Set 3 = 4 Reps
Set 4 = 4 Reps
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1.5 to 2 minutes. So your muscles have a chance to rest and get back to full potential. To basically lift more :D
Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Why or why not?
Its good to tell friends and family about this stuff. It helps you motivate 2 times as much because you feel more pressure on you.
