I hated my body, thus I hated myself. I refused to go out or buy new clothes.
Why I Love It:
Because then I don't have to feel guilty for eating.
How I Stay Motivated:
My girlfriend is my support she also looks great. I have a picture in my mind how I want to look. I am very goal oriented and I will achieve my goals. In fact my coworkers are so amazed they nicknamed me slim.
BB Accomplishments:
I ran Bloomsday without walking. I did it in 1 hour 23 minutes. It is by far my greatest achievement.

hey you really are doing an amazing job!!! but it sucks that we hate ourselves right now...!! i am so desperate in fact that tonight i called to make an appt with a HYPNOTIST! AND i emailed a 'personal coach' who uses various psychological methods... i have to do something mentally... i have now told myself that as of MAY 1, i will re-commit myself to my goal...

I am a week into my Keto Diet and doing fab so far, as I have lost 4 lbs as a result and 9 pounds with combined changes I have made since Sep. Keto has made the biggest and best difference for me.
