I have been working out on and off since I was 18 and until Jan 2003 is when I decided to compete in a Bodybuilding Show in Bahrain 2004, back when I was living in the Gulf "Kuwait City" to be precise.
Why I Love It:
Despite of being and living a healthy life looking amazing, I love Bodybuilding because of the end results that you end up seeing and not believing that you have made it all the way and that this is you your are looking at after months of dieting and discipline training. It's just an amazing feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
This is something that comes from inside of you of being a competitive individual and an athlete. We are just a different breed of people seeking perfection
BB Accomplishments:
2004- 3rd Place Bahrain BodyBuilding show - Light Heavyweight Class

2008- Mississauga SouthCenteral Overall Winner
