I want to lose the extra fat & gain lean muscule. I would like to weight 115 lbs with about 8-11% body fat. Then maybe one day compete in a Bikini or Figure Competition
I want to drop my weight down to 135 while maintaining the strength and muscle mass that I have obtained!! Looking forward to competing in powerlifting, then one day in figure!
