I need to gain 23lbs and then I might be happy...
Goal (Long):
Before I joined the Marines I was always in good shape, but I needed something more. The body I had just wasn't doing it for me and I wasn't happy. Now drug free thanks to the Marine Corps, I feel so much better. So you see I'm already ahead of the game so whatever I do from here on out will be just another notch on the belt....

Yes, I got your comment earlier...just haven't been on much today :) So what's the new plan to gain weight? Probably just takes time...you'll get there though :) Not much going on here...just trying to loose a couple more pounds to hopefully see more of my abs!

Hi how are you? I'm doing ok, been under the weather this week. Been sick but managed to hit the gym Mon & Tue. I may end up going today and do some cardio and just sit in the sauna. How about you? How's training?
