How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
3x12. I use this currently because it is recommended by the workout instruction booklet that i use (bodylastics TO bands bodybuilding program)

Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
I have a hectic schedule. It helps me feel like I can be focused on work and school if I just try hard enough.

And not eating the way i should. i have the next few weeks off and hope i can get back on track.  thinking about doing a really intense workout like Insanity or PX 90. Does anyone know anything about these two dvd sets? i know that px 90 requires some equipment and Insanity does not. Has...

Mine has been going great as well. The fat is just melting off of me right now. Exercise mixed with a super strict diet and the heat over here in Iraq is doing the trick.
