How I Started:
I have worked out my whole life - I have always been athletic. I played 3 sports in high school, and went on to be a marathon runner, spinning trainer, and soccer player.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel so good that i am keeping my body fit and healthy. Plus it gives me the extra energy I need to get through a long day......Weight lifting is new to me over the past few months, and now I can't believe i was such a cardio nut before!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading articles and eating well and reminding myself that Rome wasn't built in a day! It's a lot of hard work!

Goal (Long):
All my life I have been athletic and have worked out to keep healthy and fit. I want to kick it up a notch and really add muscle and lean out! I hope to stay motivated and reach my goals by June.
Because he always accomplishes everything he puts his mind to. He gives me the support and encouragement to be the best I can be and push as hard as I can!
Hey Kate, thanks for asking. My Mom is improving! :) I am going home to see her tomorrow. I did make it to spinning last night & am planning on my regular workout routine starting next week as long as all is well w/my Mom and husband. hugs!
