Main Goal: Other
Goal (Short): At the moment, I would like to improve my muscle separation, and obtain a more ripped figure. Also I've been meaning to cut down on my total body fat. I need to lean out then just blow up BIG!
Goal (Long): Young, yet with a passion for bodybuilding. At the beginning of my Freshman year in high school "2004" our weight training program for football has constantly been drawing me closer and closer to the world of bodybuilding. Consistantly people tell me 2 give up, i can never do "the one thing i desire most", my passion, the one thing that I found I'm better at than most around me. Are they crazy?!? I belive they are, yet i'm the fool. You don't give up on a dream because someone else thinks you should. who the HELL are they to control your life, there nothing! My goal is to be the best I can be at what I do BEST, and "I WILL BE"... In the process, i hope to consistantly gain more and more muscle as time progresses, i wish to gain around 150 pounds or so... I want to be as built as i can by the end of it all...
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 150 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 3.7%
