Inspired by my girlfriend at the time (wife now) that was a gym junky.
Why I Love It:
The results, nothing like watching yourself grow in size and strength!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is pretty easy for me. Many need partners, music, etc... but I just keep concentrating on gaining strength and getting bigger and this is enough for me!

Id ultimately like to end up around 190lbs and somewhere around 12%bf. During this process Id also like to see my strength gains increase dramatically as well.
Since starting this routine all of my lifts have went up significantly. Im now keeping a log and will update this blog once I have all the details with me.
When I started, my DB shoulder press max was 75lbs x 5 and as of 9-6-07 I managed to do 75lbs x 11! A 6 rep increase in 3 weeks isnt too bad!
Nothing official. I can't afford to go to any local gym right now. I coach wrestling and we're in season so no time anyways. A few of my friends that fight come and roll with me sometimes after practice. They say I've got some good subs, and my wrestling is off the chart. I wanna work on my muy thai and fight next spring.
