HOW I STARTED:

I started working out in 2009 but with just using some home things to stay fit. I wanted to get my dream body so went to my gym and been there since :)

WHY I LOVE IT:

It makes me feel good, energized and focused. It keeps my mentality going, especially with the reading. The gym is my second home, and I treat it as such, we're all family under the same roof with some sort of similar objective or another. Stick together as a family, achieve as a family and ultimately earn and reap the reward as a family.

Week 4 mid-week and Shoulders Change

 Measurements: Hey guys it's finally coming to almost 1 month on my bulking programme. Today I got measurements for my body, unfortunately I did not have measurements done when I started but hey at least I can compare to month 2 and 3 soon. :) I want to add more muscle to all the areas I filled in, hopefully increase majority of them by an inch or near come the second measurements in the 3rd week of July. Week 1: The Bulk Begins

Hello everyone. This is my first blog on bodybuilding.com. So let's start off by talking about what my goal is and some general information. :D My current goal is to gain at least 12 pounds of muscle by September 2010. That means I have 12 weeks from now to get there. I just finished a current goal of strength increase, fitness increase with an overall lower percentage of bodyfat which is 10-11% as we speak. I've thought long and hard about how I wanted this year to play out so I want to now bulk up a bit, and then again in winter. The gap between then I am still thinking but I guess get back...

Captain Ahab Welcome: To reach your goal you will need to eat 5 to 6 or even more small, high protein, good carb and good fat meals per day (that includes protein shakes), lift weights 3 to 4 times a week and check your need for cardio by measuring bodyfat. Do this for a min. of 12 weeks and you should soon see your muscles expanding and weight increasing. If I can be of any assistance feel free to give me a yell. Stay strong, focused and determined.
