Background
I started working out in 2009 but with just using some home things to stay fit. I wanted to get my dream body so went to my gym and been there since :)
It makes me feel good, energized and focused. It keeps my mentality going, especially with the reading. The gym is my second home, and I treat it as such, we're all family under the same roof with some sort of similar objective or another. Stick together as a family, achieve as a family and ultimately earn and reap the reward as a family.
