yea clean bulking is building muscle with minimal fat gains. A couple cardio sessions are thrown in along with the regular bulking regiment.

hah thanks man. Ive been thinking about it, cuz i still want to get bigger but i need more definition. I might just do a clean bulk with some cardio thrown in.
