i would like to build lean muscle. i want to continue to work out 5 days a week no matter what.

alright, summertime is here. by the end of august i would like to weigh 170. and i would also like to start taking the necessary supplements i need to help push me along.
i feel really food because i have been on track even after turkey day. i still am not doing to good in the job market but i am very happy at what i have been doing for myself. i can now run instead of jogging and it feels....i can''t even put it into words. but i noticed how it is...
every morning before i start my day i lift weights. i do triceps,biceps,ab cruches, ab curles, squats with 8 pound weights, and also lunges with 8 pound weights. i try to jog in the evening at least 3-4 times a week.

As long as you eat right then your body will stay in a certain "good shape" and it will be ready for you to test out in the gym. Good job because you are doing the hardest part.
Yeah, i totally understand where your coming from, having a good rest will chill your body and mind out so you can concentrate on the quality rather than quantity.
