How I Started:
I played football and wrestled through middle school. When highschool came around, I decided to pursue a motocross racing career. I got hurt too often (last year I was hurt a total of 8 months). While racing motocross, I could not weight lift because it would cause my hands to cramp up during races. I have always been fairly strong and have had a good physique. My younger brother continued to wrestle in highschool, and I couldn't let him get bigger than me!! So I decided to stop motocross due to the injuries and start wieghtlifting more aggressively.
Why I Love It:
Although I am new to the sport of bodybuilding, I am already happy to say that I am addicted to it. I love the feeling I get from grinding out one last rep on my last set. I love seeing my results. And I love seeing how my body adapts to the different exercises I force it to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyonce in a while, I don't really want to go to the gym. This happens maybe once every couple of weeks, though. But I love just getting on here and looking at the progress pictures of other athletes. It makes me strive to obtain results that they have.
