How I Started:
I wanted to make the midget 'AA' hockey team and decided to weight train in the off season.
Why I Love It:
It's a personal competition, sure you can compare yourself to others, but its better to make it personal and always try to beat your self mentaly
How I Stay Motivated:
friends. if i had a day were i didnt feel motivated, they were right there pushing me, but sine they all pretty much moved away, I watch Jay Cutler and do alot of reading that motivates me. I find that posting quotes around your room or by your T.V., or on a mirrior you look at alot keeps me motivated.
Whenever I am tired, whenever I feel like I can't, I think of all the pain that some people go through and I tell myself I'm not feeling half of what they are and do some more.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major to date. I think that setting small goals and accomplishing those are very important. Little steps get you further and keep you going. Setting new personal highs in the gym are big accomplishments.
well today i focused on bi's and tri's..eventhough my back was killling me. arms i feel are hard to get motivated to do. i used to love them but now i'd rather do back but have to inform myself that i need balance. i dont get the same feeling while working them out. maybe i need to switch up...
