How I Started: I hit the cardio real hard(running) and soon followed with weights. Now I do mainly weights and interval training.

How I Stay Motivated: My family,my beautiful wife and all our kids. My workout partner at the gym, motivating me on mornings,that there is not much motivation.

Mixed it up a bit this morning, trained the shoulders and back the first half of my workout and completed my workout with a healthy dose of an hour of yoga. My workout partner and I are going to start doing yoga with the gym's yoga instructor every Wed @ 6AM. I truly loved the stretches...

Workout Program:
I use a 15-9-7-6-3 Workout Regimine. I concentrate on the bigger muscle groups on their own day from the smaller muscle groups. I generally fit cardio in during the week always following the workout .
