first started using a bowflex but after a while it didn't cut it anymore so i bought some free weights an got a straight bar,ez bar and just progressed over a long time of trail an error.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel after and see the changes in my body.

Become middle weight.I used to weight 170 with to much BF now Im 135 lean.I didn't use any supplements just looked up workouts and tryed them out then saw major changes over time with tons of cardio.My long term goal is to weight 160-166 with 8% BF.

Unless you have prior issues with your thyroid or caffeine (or stimulants in general) you should be fine. It has a high level a vitamin B so don't be surprised if you get the flush effect from niacin. Harmless but can take you by surprise.

my training is on hold for a few weeks. i tore my anterior delt muscle in my left shoulder and just three days ago i twisted my ankle playing basketball. my shoulder is getting better, but now itsa my right ankle i have to wait to heal. other than that im cool. what about u? how those supplements working for u? eh u never gave me ur code for ordering. im going to buy some protein and more NZERO and R1. hit me back with it alright.
