How I Started:
My dad used to be a bodybuilder and I was sort of inspired. He had originally started excersising with me when I was 9 but it wasn't too intense obviously because I was so young. I started weight training when I was about 12. I didn't start seriously cutting ti'll about a few months ago. I built up a lot of muscle in the past four years. Now I'm just trying to shed the rest of the fat.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it gives you a sense of accomplishment and good feeling about yourself. I can't wait ti'll the day where I want to be exactly so I can be satisfied.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just by the sheer determination of acheiving my goals and looking good.

To get down to 3 to 4 percent body fat and build muscle.
