My current bulking method.
I do not measure nor am I 'dieting'. I eat every 3-4 hours and take in as many protein and calories as I can in each meal (until I'm full.)

I consider supplements essential. I love Universal's Animal series, Muscle tech and Pro Supps.
- 1 Animal Pak with breakfast (mainly for b vitamins and digestive enzymes)
- Pro Supps Mr. Hyde 15 minutes before my workout
- Muscle tech Nitro and Cell tech post-workout
