My current bulking method.

I do not measure nor am I 'dieting'. I eat every 3-4 hours and take in as many protein and calories as I can in each meal (until I'm full.)

My Supplement Philosophy View My Full Supplement Philosophy

I consider supplements essential. I love Universal's Animal series, Muscle tech and Pro Supps.

- 1 Animal Pak with breakfast (mainly for b vitamins and digestive enzymes)
- Pro Supps Mr. Hyde 15 minutes before my workout
- Muscle tech Nitro and Cell tech post-workout

MarCali29 thats really coo your doing a bodybuilding show man....is this your first one...you have a lot of good mass how long before the show do u start to lean out and work on bringing out more definition.... its typically about 12 weeks out usually right.... had a good chest workout yesterday...today gonna hit upper back and triceps.... MarCali29 haha yeah usually do a low and high intensity sprints between 10-25 minutes once or twice a week but have been cutting back on that because i wanna put on more size...you got good mass man whats nyour diet like... goin to the gym today and hittin chest and triceps myself...what you workin on today man Dec 8, 2012 11:30am
