April 2010. Center Stage, Hammer Down.
Goal (Long):
April 10, 2010. BLNPA New England Natural. My First Competition. My size will be the only thing preventing me from a trophy. I refuse to let my conditioning be a factor. I have the support and the guidance to get there. More importantly, I have the drive and the desire to get there. This competition will be a stepping stone for a contest in the Fall of 2010. I will take home a trophy from that competition. Then begins a year of building to compete in October 2011. My future goal is to be a competitive force in the Heavy Weight Division before I turn 40. My dream is to be the Heavy weight guy, that makes everyone else decide to compete for second place.

I missed last nights update, as I had too much to prep before bed time.

Back and Triceps.

20 miuntes of Elliptical to start, then Wide Grip Pull-ups.  I hate and love these.  I just wish the gym had a pull-up assist, or a table I good put my toes on when I reach those last few reps that...

It's actually in August of 2010, so I have a long while to cut. I want to get in real good shape by spring, and then not have so much to do during the 12 weeks before the show.
