I'm not looking to "transform my body." I'd just like to build a little more muscle and lose a little fat.
Goal (Long):
I've always been athletic and good at sports. Now I just want that (for lack of a better term) beach body look.
I'd like to get under 200 pounds with less than 10% bodyfat and get my 6 pack back. I haven't seen it in years.

Today is November 2nd. I just turned 29 two days ago. I've been putting off starting my P90X workout for quite a while now.
Today was day 1 of my P90X workout. That workout is no joke!! To say the least, I was more than suprised.
I'll post some progress every 2 weeks. Let me know what...
