"Okay- lost 85 pounds and now it is time to get that HARD body!"

Cardio: Once a week, an outdoor sport at an intense level. Last week, it was snowshoeing. This week it is hiking. At the gym, I start with a level 8 on the endless stairs for 20 mins. I go to from level 8 to 12 till the 20 minutes are over. Then, after wieghts, I hit it again for another 20.
Weights: Workouts at 60% max and increasing that amount weekly (if I can!).I go to fatique but it would be soooo much easier if I had a partner. Seriously. |
