Background

When I Started: no information entered
HOW I STARTED:

I've enoyed working out ever since I can remember. I started lifting weights in Middle School as cross-training for swimming. Now, I keep with it to stay strong, healthy, and not have to buy a larger pair of pants.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's one of those things that helps me feel good about myself. It's a challenge when I need to push myself, relaxation when I've had a stressful day and energizing when I've had a good day.
