When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
I always have played sports throughout highschool. But now I'm in college and I started being fully committed to working out and improving myself, i got hooked and i love going to the gym.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it keeps me focused and motivated, It's such a good feeling seeing your handwork and determination paying off and you have no one to credit but yourself. I always know that if I had a bad day i can go to the gym and everything is the same and perfect. I can relive all my stress there and feel a sense of completeness. Also theirs such a positive atmosphere whenever I'm there because it always seems everyone is so upbeat and moving in a positive direction.
How I Stay Motivated:
I actually was very fat throughout 3rd grade to 10th grade, I was 5'8 210 lbs and 25% bodyfat or more. I made a commitment to lose weight and get healthy when i was about 13 years old and it always has stuck with me. It's like i never wanted to let my old self down and i want to keep improving everyday.

Dentoris inspired by Scivation. Reason: "The guy is one of the most ripped people on this site and also the nicest. He is willing to help anyone and has the best sense of humor, hon... "
This was probably the worst i was at. This is the only digital picture i could find of myself but im sure there were plenty others like these in my collection. I always use this to help me keep moving and i never want to go back there. Like the dog lol?
This is the best shape that ive been able to achieve. It was a hard long hard road but i am definitely gonna try my hardest to keep that road running.
The guy is one of the most ripped people on this site and also the nicest. He is willing to help anyone and has the best sense of humor, honestly how can he not be inspiring.
He is the biggest inspiration to me and he makes me want to stay natural. Best of all he's a bodybuilder that gives back to everybody through great advice.
Thanks for the friend request! glad i can be an inspiration! My first comp is August 22nd! if you could, put me as one of your inspirations. If not its ok, take care and have a good 4th!

That is funny! It's a great article though, right? I think the recommendations are probably really good places to start. The hard part is knowing your bf% to figure out what your lean bw is. I would always err on the side of caution and start a bit lower, and then just add Cals after ~2 weeks if/once realizing the Cals were too low. That's just me though.
Yes I do think it's too much. I think you should start w/ 100-150 Cals over maintenance, and see how that goes for a week. Then add another 100 cals if ya don't gain anything in a week. Look at that blog that I posted a while ago regarding the T-nation bulking article. Read that article and go from there.
Thanks again, man! Regarding Size On vs plain creatine... it's so hard for me to answer this b/c when I took Size On I knew a 1/4 of what I know now about training and diet. I remember gaining a ton on Size On... like 10 lbs real quick. I think it was a mix of water and fat though. If your diet is set add the Size On and see what happens. It's probably worth trying out.
How quickly you lower your body fat depends on how strict you are with your diet and cardio and weight training. It can be any where from 1-2 months. there are little things you can do help speed the process along.
