Yeah, the problem is last time I maxed 405, I hurt my shoulder and was out of the gym for a month. Need to slow down and creep up on it this time.

Sorry lost my comments.. Finaly got back to where they were hidden. We ride when it hits 40 LOL Only in Wisconsin are we that insane. Basically when the road is free of salt we are on it. :) Saw a guy yesterday on his bike.

Start with 1 scoop of Superpump to assess your tolerance while taking Mito. My suggestion is to only use Superpump when needed. -D

LOL by the looks of things Governor Doyle will have it state wide by the time he is done with the latest proposal. He tacked into the budget. Sucks, looks like I will be paying alot of fines. Not gonna go bankrupt like alot of EC bars are now.

You know, it is funny you ask. I stopped taking for a few months and I felt that I didn't gain weight, but that it appeared that I more cellulite on the back of my legs. I felt a tiny bit softer. So I think it works to some degree.
