My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Pressing Is Key

Workout A - Lower Body Pressing - Front Squats (With hamstrings pump work after every 2nd-3rd set of squatting). Note: I would add deadlifts after squats, but unable due to lower back problems). Finish with sleds & Core

Workout B - Upper Body Pressing - Overhead Press, Incline Press and Bench Press (Rear Delts staggered between lighter pressing sets). Finish with Conditioning & Core

Workout C - Lower Body Pressing - Front Squats (With hamstrings pump work after every 2nd-3rd set of squatting) Finish with sleds & Core

Workout D - Upper Body Pressing - Overhead Press, Incline Press and Bench Press (Rhomboids, traps staggered between lighter pressing sets). Finish with Conditioning & Core

Workout E - Lats/Biceps/Weak point training day - Start with various Lats movements then finish with Biceps work (I do weak point movements between sets)

Never take off days. Always do some conditioning work and explosive work to help with recovery and to keep yourself activated.

Sleds workout Guide:

When Bulking- Use Heavy/Moderate weight with shorter distances 4 days a week with 2 different exercises and 4-5 sets of each

When Cutting: -Use Light/Moderate weight with longer distances 7 days. Use sled pushing as main or pick 2 other exercises and repeat them for 20mins.

My all time fav program, gave me amazing results in strength and muscle.

Im done Peace x
