Truthfully you cant depend so much on supps bud. I cant say which is better because I havenet used that many. Your diet is key, everything else is just a helpful to a bigger plan!

Your very young still and you 6'1 so you'll fill out. I was around 150 when I was your age too so I defiantely know where your coming from. Keep trainin hard and keep that diet on point!
