I have always really liked working out. I gained over 100 lbs a few years ago and have had a really hard time transforming my body. I have lost a little under 25 lbs in the past year.
I recently started really getting into using weights to transform my body. I am determined to get my awesome body back the healthy way.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel upon completion. I feel so accomplished upon finishing. I love to see my body transform. It is a euphoric feeling when you push yourself to the maximum and sweat like never before. I love knowing I pushed myself further than the time before.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking in the mirror naked. That is the best motivation in the world for me now a days. Or while I am having sex and I am more worried about hideing my body than enjoying the moment.
BB Accomplishments:
Loosing 25 lbs. I now have 78 lbs left to go. I am damn determined.

this is before I started loosing weight I weighed 218 in this picture.
I started on Bodyspace.com weighing in at 213 lbs I am now down to 190 lbs and am still loosing. I have started to really transform my body and with every day I get that much closer to my goal.
Let me give you a little insight into my life. My whole life I have battled with anorexia. It is not an easy battle. At one point this 5 foot 8 inch girl weighed 112 lbs soaking wet.
It was a very hard thing to get control over in my life. It never goes away I literally have to force food in my body. Anywho Anorexia has completely distroyed my body. I have the weakest immune system. I gained a ton of weight once I started eating and now I have a metabolism so slow that it is hard for me to loose weight.
I have learned though the proper ways of loosing weight and have been working so hard to overcome this the healthy way.
I want to get to 130 to 145 lbs. I have realized I am never going to be a little tiny girl that is just not my body makeup. I naturally gain muscle much faster than most females. I love that now though.
My overal goal is to gain muscle loose fat and maintain the beautiful curves of a ladys body as well as inspire others to transform their lives to live healthy and be content with who you are.
Can someone please give me some hints on how to round my ass up. I don't want it any smaller. I want a JLO ass. One that pops out and is smoking. Is there anything I can do to achieve this.
Hey Girl! You've come a LONG ways!!! Wow! I just got inspired me!! I started out on this journey last Feb, and because of an alignment issue, I had to stop to recover. I lost a lot of weight and even muscle and feel like I am starting all over again! I got a second wind looking at your progress! Keep it up!
thats great...glad to hear it...I took some time off rom the gym and I am regreting it. Gonna be awhile before I can get back to where I was...did you see the photos...a bit different than last time huh?
