A couple of weeks in already working out. Got a gym membership early February, so I just did some cardio to get accustomed to the gym and get some help from friends to learn some basics of weight lifting.
Morning picture just 45 mins after breakfast. I was bored so yeah...just a few more months go go go.
From what I've observed on this website and elsewhere, all those bad*ss looking guys with the f-ing huge arms, shoulders, backs, pecks, and ripped abs, have been working out for at least 4 - 5 years. That seems to be the typical threshold. Invest the time. Be patient.
If what you're doing isn't working, then do more. And be patient. It always seems to me that I look the same at the end of the month as I did at the beginning. It's after a year, two years, that the difference REALLY shows. Give it time, work hard, and don't give up. You'll get where you want to be.
Doing well. Been making some HUGE progress since I left TSA. Finally curled the 70's, did 61 consecutive dips, did 25 consecutive pullups, gained about 5 pounds, dropped bodyfat even lower. School's rough, a lot of work, but I'm hanging in there.
What about you? I haven't seen any updates in a LONG time.
Yea bro I see you asked about lunch options. How about chicken breast? I like to roast some chicken in the morning then cut it up and take it to school with my rice and veg. Well I do now anyway, not that I'm on my grind and ready to transform! Good luck bro, keep us posted.
you asked about lunch options to take to campus. top-over is going to be your friend. buy lots of it and put your little pieces of chicken etc in them. works like a charm. i too avoid campus food except in emergencies and top-overs and a big lunch bag saves me everyday. then again i have access to a fridge during the day.
cool vid. wasn't expecting it cos thought it'd be some pump up vid like a nike ad or something haha. how you coming along? i'm only 2 weeks in - will post a progress pic in 2 weeks
You're looking good! When looking at your pictures I can see a difference in your ab definition between the May and June photos. Keep up the hard work.
