basicly ,burm more calories then he eats every day. But ofcourse there is a bit more to know

i got leaner for the summer were at 85 kilos now i m back to mass 92 kilos right now .. btw the profile pic is from mass

the only way i know is using GH or things like that and besides its a negetive afect i think...

suplments are not the one make the difference ..they helpp but still..in order to mvoe on u need to train proper with a program working good on u..eat well , u may use suplements but only to compleate the missing parts..

well there are few things posible: ur not resting well or ur training program has lots of mistakes. An other thing posible is u eat wrong cuz i dont think 15 lbs is ur max check all those and let me know

in order to get muscles NATURAL way u need to train hard rest and most importent eat proper eat 400-500 calories more them ur number of calories u burn in a day 2-2.2 grams of protein over body w8 eat carbs and good fats.. Its really complicated so i'd say start reading to get some base knolage and then if u have a specific question please ask i'll answer if i know

it depends ur bmr.. lets say with how much calories u gein muscles? everage day of ur training how much u eat in a day of practise and in a day of rest?

ALso , u can use fat burners such as Lipo6 or more sirious as Efedrin. Good luck , if u have any specific questions i'd like to help!
