I have been training Contact Combat for 2 years it gave me the inspiration and i started liking being strong and have muscles so i continued with it and i don't regret :)

you look good. you have good chest, arms, shoulder,abs
but a bit poor in biceps and tirceps, I think.:) I dont know from that photo you look good if you will not go on the stage,..
i dont understand why you want gain because you are good like that
as i said maybe a bit bigger arms and offcourse if you ll do them bigger you should increase the size of your shoulders too but for me you are good:))

i know theyr not the only thing that get u big. eating right is huge. and suppliments are just the things in meat you dont have time to eat. or they give you energy for a workout. do you know of any way to increase your bone mass besides drinking milk so it can support more muscle?
well i had a personal trainer help me with the workout and the proper techniques. i rest a full day. like i work out every other day. and just idk what else to do. i already turned to supplements and theyr not helping. everyone my age is benching 180 190 or 200 pounds while im at 150
