My mom was a Body Builder and my Dad has always pushed me in the gym, in fact he is by far my best work out partner. Although I have had a few great ones in the past: Jadah, Mr. Breaker, Orlando, and San Souci.
Why I Love It:
Lifting is great it makes me feel huge and that I have done something worth doing.
I'm really happy for you/proud of ya.
I can't believe you squatted that much! That's deffinetely nothing to sneeze at. I need to get me some MAP supps!
Keep your head up. The hardest part is maintaining your focus. The easiest way to stay motivated is by attaining short term goals. As long as you continue to see progress, you'll keep pushing.
You have all the inner strength needed to reach your goals and just need to
believe in your ability to make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy nor so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be. I look forward to you having success and am here if you want to talk.
