How I Started: My mom was a Body Builder and my Dad has always pushed me in the gym, in fact he is by far my best work out partner. Although I have had a few great ones in the past: Jadah, Mr. Breaker, Orlando, and San Souci.
Why I Love It: Lifting is great it makes me feel huge and that I have done something worth doing.

You have all the inner strength needed to reach your goals and just need to believe in your ability to make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy nor so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be.
