No competitions as of late. Trying to tip the scales at 235-240 and lean down to 220 or 225. But with quality mass and not too much fat.

Leave Cell-Tech alone it's a rip off, it has 75 grams of pharmacuetical grade dextroase, in other words it's full of sugar, and all you do is retain water with cell-tech... Try Cell-Mass, It uses a better blend or Creatines and you don't get that soft, watery feeling

Have you tried, taking a day off in between workouts, for instance 2 days on and 1 off, 2 days on 1 off. Also mass needs great caloric intake, so eat, eat and eat, but eat clean. LOL
