So this is it.......heck no, its never over. :) But sadly I have reached the end of my 2012 ON Transformation Challenge. Not only did this challenge change me physically but it also helped me gain the confidence I needed to be a personal trainer. By going to the gym daily I got to know a lot of people there and even ran into people I haven’t seen in years.
