How I Started:
Been 'working-out' off and on throughout my life, but never with real consistency. My mother used to be a disciple of Jack Lalanne, and would exercise as she watched his show every morning. Guess some of this rubbed off, hehe.
Why I Love It:
There are lots of 'highs' out there, but this is one of the rare few that's actually good for me. Keeps me happy, healthy, sane, looking and feeling pretty good too. :P
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think of Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Pumping Iron, and everything else falls into place.
