How I Started:
I got fed up with my body shape. Searched for fitness info (magazines, internet, books, etc) and found I could transform my body to what I want. Now I'm starting again after having my son 10 months ago.
Why I Love It:
I like the changes and improvements in my body and it makes me feel good. I also get such a great pump from working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
It just became part of my life. I became a personal trainer to help others achieve their goals. Seeing results in others and myself is my motivation.
