You are in So. Cal right, you need to look up with Link Swanson, and let him train you on posing, he is a head judge, he should be able to help you crack the code, you are right there... DONT GIVE UP

Actually I am doing well. I placed 4th at contra Costa, and 1st at Muscle Beach( that one is for fun), but i have been in Ironman Magazine 3 times as a result of doing Muscle Beach shows. I had a shoot with Bill Dobbins, and from that I landed by first international fitness ad. So i am blessed.

Well you looked great. You have put on more muscle, but I think that is what the judges in Cal look for.
