well its been a while since I have actually posted here. i am kinda doing a half bulk half cut kinda thing going. either way i will lose fat or gain muscle. i am not sure what i am doing. i cant decide on if i want to continue my cut or go back to bulk. and it seems like i am not leaving my ego...

talk about in other threads on isolation. if you wanna focus on something you work out the muscles that are involved into it on different days.
my bench went up 20 lbs in a month. prolly from noob gains but still good.
Im sorry to say this as generally i take criticism well, but you can hardly rant and rave about me not knowing a thing about lifting weights, when you are 21, ive lifted weights properly for what 3 months now, and already i have more potential than you, sorry brother but im not going to take that sort of criticism well.
