I started working out when I was a freshman. My football coach signed me up for weight training. Recently though I got in touch with some old friends in cali and they were of out of shape. I dont want to end up like them. Plus I want to be bigger than my brothers ive allways been picked on by those dicks. I'm a lil bigger thna them I guess but I want want everyone of my bros friends to say shit dude thats your bro.lol
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that when im upset and mad working out just makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
The fact that i dont want to be the kid that gets ****ed with and i want to be like my uncle was a bodybuilder till he had kids but hes still ****ing yoked. NO-EXPLODE
BB Accomplishments:
I went from about 187 to 207.I was 187 in the 9th grade last year by the end of the year i was about 193. THis year im around 208.

The best advice I can give you is to practice. Keep working at it. Try hitting it from all angles...incline, flat, decline. Do rest pause sets and take it to failure. Good luck! Train hard!
oh ok, well i consider doing bench press, 1 set of 6 reps and one of 12, with incline dumbbells, same thing 6 and 12, you should be good, make sure every week your doing progression, one week for me is one rep higher, so 7, while the other week is more weight, with 6 again! hope that helps, i do that for every bodypart
