You shouldnt look at weight just look in the mirror and see where you wona loose and where you wona gain. So no goal weight for me
Standing calf raise slow 15reps, straight over to leg press machine calf pumps 20reps fast, on to seated calf pumps 10reps all reps should be till failer.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Going with a 10-20kgs over your max weight and doing negs (4-5) then striping 20-30kg and pumping till failer, then 2-3 spotted and 4 negs this is done as fast as possible no reps its till that bar drops! I had an epiphany… All this time iv been worried about how many reps to do and time under tension. Do I do fast reps?... Do I do slow reps?....
