What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
people who come in groups of 4+ and hog all the main equipment...
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
breatheable shirt.....or mr.supplement shirts with shorts usually or trackpants....
all for comfort not looks
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
strength i aim 4-6
for muscle mass i aim 10+
