people who come in groups of 4+ and hog all the main equipment...

Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having the same age than me! Specially chest, ABS, shoulders and biceps! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training and contests (only if you compete)?
