How I Started:
I have always worked out but I was never consistent enough to see long term results. Scorpion42 came back into my world and I have been working out consistently with her ever since. Her discipline keeps me getting up at 4am and liking it!!
Why I Love It:
I absolutely love being above average!! Working hard makes me feel like I acomplish something just for me on a daily basis! That is huge for my piece of mind/happiness!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes as they happen! Knowing I am doing this no one is doing it for me!~!

going from 28% body fat and 164lbs to 141 lbs and 16% body fat in 1 year
I will do a show and win!!
I want this, want to eat clean, lift hard!! Then I get up every single day at 4:30, go to the gym work as hard as I can(shoulder still healing). Every day say I am going to eat soooo CLEAN. I always eat a clean breakfast, the kids get up, get ready for school, I shower, go to PT for 1.5,...
al right!!!way to go!!!i love that i got you out for workout no2, who oo!!! You know what i do is i plan my diet and only BUY those foods, i put them in smalltupperwares so that they are pre-measured so i never stand infront of the fridge and go....what am i in the mood for....???!!!!!
its basically fooling your body by going low carb, then cycling. Heres an article:http://www.bodybuildin g.com/fun/sclark86.htm
it works really well for me. If you drink lots of water, it will keep cravings(for sugar/carbs) down, eventually ...burn fat!
5lbs in 2 weeks huh....well, i would say to eat SUPER clean, lift heacy(if you can...??) and 2xa day cardio, drink tons of water, that should do the trick, have one carb refeed halfway. What do you think?
Glad its getting better. My week was going great until Wed morning workout. I seemed to have strain a muscle running from my back, under my left shoulder blade all the way to the front under my left pec. Yesterday it only hurt when i breath, today much better. Going to do some sort of workout in the morning.
Hey! Been a few days, thought I'd see how you're doing. Well I hope. I also have something for you that might be good to take a look at. I'd like to extend an invitation to you and all your friends to check out my latest video that I just uploaded to my Bodyspace page. It's an inspirational video I produced for Michelle Beck. Check it out when you get a minute... or 3.
Thanks, I appreciate it.

Thanks for such a nice comment! You look pretty good yourself. Glad to see you are staying postive even as you are still recovering the use of your shoulder. Stay stong and beautiful!
Wow. I am humbled as well as incredibly honored to receive such wonderful words. I believe you have a caring heart and it shows right through into everything you do. Thank yo for taking the tin to write and to say those words. Sometimes it gets a bit difficult to talk to people about pain that they don't understand. May God bless.
I am incredibly honored and would like to thank you for saying that you find me inspirational. It is people like you here at Bodybuilding.com that keep me inspired as well as allowing me to continue believing that fitness truly can make a difference in people’s lives.
