Started about 14. Nothing serious, just slowly got into it more. Using weight training as my new sport. Originally didnt fit in with any sport i was doing at the time so I always put it off, until now. Now its developed into a full time passion for me
Why I Love It:
Training has changed me, both physically and mentally. I destress while training. I like achieving my goals. Training has given me a positive focus in my life and allowed me to learn constantly about the human body.
How I Stay Motivated:
My two training partners, both girls are doing awesome while Im away and it makes me want to train hard each time I can get to the gym.

BB Accomplishments:
92kg's down to 78kg's, up to 96kg's, down to 89kg's. Need latest update on BF%
Changing my life, using bodyduilding to change my shape, feels great to be a good shape at 20kg's heavier
*Regain my positive attitude to life and continue to improve. (think Im getting there)
*Gain Mass ( done that I think)
*See obvious improvements in my next photos (???)
*I wanna shock my body into growth again( not sure)

I am honored to call her my friend. She is enthusiastic and willing to learn. Achieving great success and making awesome gains. Cant wait to see the upcoming progress.
Everytime I see her she has improved. I am amazed at her complete lifestyle overhaul. Everything she has learnt during her journey astounds me and the encouragement and inspiration she always offers to others :)
first time back to 100 kg's in long time. Felt good to have the confidence to attack that weight and go heavy on the legs again. Been worried for a while about my back holding out. But overall went well, little shaky through the core so will have to work on that over the next few months i think...
thanks for the comment. i'm actually pretty happy with my upper body right now (shoulders and back could be bigger) but my LOWER body has me seriously disgusted! No definition as compared to my upper body and a lot of fat around the legs and glutes...even my calves are packed with fat. THAT is ANNOYING and yes I am movitated to get it gone! Again thanks for the comment!

yes it does, showed such great progress over the past 2 years - granted it was slow. Though i wasn't consistently exercising, i was more concerned to permanently changing the way i think about food and my eating habits.
Ya i'll let you know when i've got some new progress pictures up - hoping for either end of july or august.
Well I'll stop slacking and start doing my best soon. ;) Hmmm honestly my fave "motivation" music is still Amon Amarth, if that doesn't get me going nothing will.

nice nice, i've just been learning constantly about nutrition.. and i need to sleep more, i just have always been an insomniac so it's hard to just sleep and i am seeing how much it effects my energy... i'm going to the gym tomorrow which is good, i don't go much because of the fact i need to buy food with all the money i can get... what have you been up too??
