How I Stay Motivated:
brad pitt was only 155 or something in fight club(greatest movie of all time). it keeps me motivated that even though im not heavy i can still get ripped
oh the girl at the gym who measured me was new and i thought she seemed unsure of what she was doing...i will have to get someone there who is experienced to measure me :)
i don't really know, i ate whatever i wanted. i didn't really pay attention to what i ate then. i just ate breakfast before school, ate lunch there, got home and had a snack and ate dinner later on. i took weightlifting in gym. after high school my metabolism slowed down so i was able to gain more muscle cause i wasn't burning everything i ate.
i started lifting when i was 15 in high school. i didn't really start to gain any weight until my second semester of my junior year. but i had gained somewhere around 15 lbs during my senior year so it was worth it. unfortunately it was my last year to be noticed by any girls. hehe.
hey, you've got great abs for a teenager. you'll gradually gain weight as you get older, believe me cause i was the same size as you when i was sixteen, just not ripped like you. be proud of what you've got right now. a lot of kids would kill for it.
