What is your cardio exercise plan?
Right now I've been switching it up a bit. I'll walk for 15 minutes, stationary bike for 15 and/or elliptical for 15. Some days I'll do slow steady state, some days I'll run and of course a little HII...more

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try to keep it at 30 seconds for most exercises to keep my heart rate up and get some cardio benefit from lifting. Depending on the exercise though, I take as long as I need
